You need Beaver ingenuity  
To build and rebuild 
To restrain 
To keep out all that doesn’t serve Doesn’t protect  

What good is the strength of a Moose  
When not even the forests are safe? 

Deer like agility can  
Navigate the landscape  
Yet can’t stop fossil fuels 
Snatched from the habitat  

It takes the research of a mountain lion 
Patient in the shadows 
Waiting on the right time  

To make a move  
So make your voice as distinct as the call of the Loon 
Then and only then will you soar with the Eagles 
To mount up the strength  
To endure  

All creatures are called to a purpose  
Different in outlook  
Shape  
Duration and situation
